The role will be part of the wider Skinsmiths IT Team and be responsible for the provision and support of a standard set of technology to all staff.Key Responsibilities User supportProcessing and resolving incoming IT Help Desk requestsPC, Phone, Tablet Builds and installs at clinicsOffice 365 and Active Directory AdministrationLevel 1 troubleshooting of all hardware and software issuesDeskside supportRemote supportEscalation to Level 2 and 3 support teamsProcurement and vendor liaisons Obtain pricing, order equipmentLiaise with external IT service suppliers as required to achieve resultsDocumentation and Process developmentWork with the wider team to develop and implement processes as requiredRecord asset information in the asset management systemDocument work when changes have been madeProject Delivery Provide expertise to key systems projects as required by the Skinsmiths UK teamResearch technology solutions for projects as requiredPersonal DevelopmentUndertake training as required to excel in the roleAttend relevant conferences and industry eventsParticipate in company-wide initiativesKey Competencies IT Tertiary qualifiedExperience with administration of Office 365Windows 10 administration experienceWorking knowledge of basic Office 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)An understanding of cloud computing concepts (SaaS, subscription, mobile working)Nice to haveExperience in some of the more advanced Office 365 tools (Microsoft Flow, PowerBI, SharePoint)An understanding of ITIL service management principlesWorking knowledge of Group PolicyPersonal Profile Appetite to learn and growResilient and determinedExceptional technical skillsStrong team ethicStrong communication skills – can articulate technical issues in layperson’s termsEnjoys what they do, has fun on the jobHighly motivated, self-starterService orientated mindsetHigh integrityAdaptable to changeWorks well under pressureInitiative and problem-solving abilityRespect for women’s beauty industry and skincare
