Position SummaryAdobe is looking for a candidate with 4-5 years of experience to join the Customer Experience Organization. We are seeking an individual who has strong analytical skills with a proven track record of data analytics, business intelligence, predictive modelling and the ability to translate data into actionable insights. The candidate must possess excellent problem-solving skills with strong business acumen and communication skill as well as must have worked on data science projects in previous roles.Responsibilities: What will you do

  • Understand the business requirements and solution them into expected deliverables
  • Analyze large datasets to discover trends and patterns
  • Build predictive models using R or Python on customer datasets and enable proactive learnings actions on customer behaviors
  • Understands the application of statistical techniques and concepts to leverage in predictive analytics work
  • Partner with data and technology teams to improve measurement and reporting capabilities by connecting data models/outputs into a unified reporting system
  • Closely work with multiple teams, stakeholders and independently manage end to end projects i.e. requirement gathering to solutioning to final delivery
  • Assist in adhoc analysis, BI reports and presenting results in clear manner to senior business leaders

Requirements

  • Bachelor (Mathematics, Statistics or related field preferred) with 6+ years of experience in business data analysis
  • Master (MBA, Mathematics, Statistics or related field preferred) with 4+ years of experience in business data analysis
  • Must have hands-on experience with large amounts of data with ability to use programming tools like R, Python, SAS as well as knowledge of Data Analysis tools like Tableau, Power BI, MS Excel, SQL
  • Hands on experience with Predictive analytics projects from defining the problem to delivering scalable solution
  • Experience in using raw data to create metrics and dashboards that can measure performance and inform decision making.
  • Experience collecting, synthesizing, and prioritizing input from multiple sources
  • Should articulate and make arguments in a compelling manner as well as communicate with passion, energy and confidence across the organization.
  • Create aggressive goals and realistic timelines. Pursues long-term objectives in the absence of short-term results
